Cardio

It is time to challenge your cardiovascular endurance! This cardio here at OAC involves weight bearing movements with body weight. You’ll always be challenged and have room to grow mentally and physically stronger in this heart racing class. Scalable to all fitness levels; we strive to provide the best services to tailor each individuals exercise needs!

Strength

Our strength section provides results, where your main focus will be on increasing your weight over time to help build muscle and strength. In this section we will not focus on specific muscle groups; instead, every muscle will feel a pump! This class is for those who want to burn calories and gain muscle! Let's do this! 


Hybrid

Our hybrid programs is not like any regular set up; instead, in this class we join two different worlds; cardio and strength training and together, they make one monster of a session. By mixing strength, stability, and cardiovascular movements we push you to beat your personal best every time. If you have never left the gym feeling truly accomplished, you will now. These sessions are the ultimate trifecta of perfection!
